| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена питанням доказування у нотаріальному провадженні з вчинення виконавчого напису нотаріуса. Розкрито основні доктринальні підходи до розуміння сутності доказування у нотаріальному процесі та категорії предмета доказування. Спираючись на положення чинного законодавства, надано характеристику умовам вчинення виконавчого напису, які складають предмет доказування у відповідному нотаріальному провадженні. The article is devoted to issues of proof in the notary’s production on the execution of the executive inscription. The basic doctrinal approaches to the understanding of the essence of proof in the notarial process and the category of the object of proof, in particular, are disclosed. Relying on the provisions of the current legislation, the conditions for the execution of executive inscription, which constitute the subject of evidence in the corresponding notarial proceedings, are described. | |
