Abstract
У статті досліджуються зміни законодавства України після прийняття Акту проголошення незалежності України, а також реалізація окремих положень Декларації про державний суверенітет України. Розглянуто та проаналізовано нормативно-правові акти, які розвинули законодавчу базу незалежності України. The article studies the changes in the legislation of Ukraine after the adoption of the Act of proclaiming the independence of Ukraine, as well as the implementation of certain provisions of Declaration of state sovereignty of Ukraine. Regulatory legal acts that have developed the legislative framework of the independence of Ukraine were considered and analyzed.
