Abstract
У статті розглянуто поняття іпотеки та іпотечного кредиту. Проаналізовано різні позиції науковців стосовно термінів «іпотека» та «іпотечний кредит» від їх витоків до сьогодення, а також положення чинних нормативно-правових актів. Визначено авторське бачення шляхів розвитку визначеної сфери. In the article it is considered concept “mortgages” and “mortgage credit”. The different points of view of research workers in relation to terms “mortgage” and “mortgage credit” are analysed from their sources, and also position of operating, normatively legal acts. Certainly author vision of ways of development of certain sphere.
