Abstract
Стаття присвячена висвітленню проблеми уточнення змісту категорії «право на охорону здоров’я». Проаналізоване змістовне та сутнісне співвідношення права на охорону здоров’я з іншими конституційними правами. На підставі проведеного аналізу зроблено висновок, що «право на здоров’я» є семантично ширшим, порівняно з поняттям «право на охорону здоров’я»; вони співвіднесені як загальне та окреме; «право на охорону здоров’я» стосується специфічних проблем охорони здоров’я. The article considers the problem of the content of the category "right to health care". The content and the essence of the right to health protection in relation to other constitutional rights is analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, it was concluded that the "right to health" is semantically broader, compared with the concept of "right to health care"; they are correlated as general and separate; "right to health care" refers to specific health problems.
