| dc.description.abstract | У статті досліджується питання вдосконалення роботи органів реєстрації актів цивільного стану. Звертається увага на основні напрями їхньої діяльності, визначаються повноваження, та акцентується увага на проблемних питаннях реалізації державної політики у сфері реєстрації актів цивільного стану. Розглядаються правове регулювання та особливості реєстрації шлюбів в Україні за участю іноземних громадян. The article deals with the issue of improving the work of civil registration authorities. The attention is focused on the main directions of their activity, the powers are determined and attention is focused on the problem issues of the implementation of state policy in the field of registration of civil status acts. The legal regulation and peculiarities of registration of marriages in Ukraine with the participation of foreign citizens are considered. | |
