dc.description.abstract	Дисертацію присвячено теоретичному дослідженню проблем забезпечення прав і свобод підозрюваного на стадії досудового розслідування в контексті реалізації чинного кримінального процесуального законодавства, зокрема особливого режиму кримінального провадження в умовах воєнного стану, застосування Комплексного стратегічного плану реформування органів правопорядку як частини сектору безпеки і оборони України на 2023–2027 роки, у якій сформульовано висновки, пропозиції та рекомендації, значущі для науки, законодавства та правозастосовної діяльності, що дозволяють вирішити низку праксеологічних задач, пов’язаних із реалізацією сторонами кримінального провадження своїх повноважень на стадії досудового розслідування. The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical study of problems of ensuring the rights and freedoms of suspects at the stage of pre-trial investigation in the context of the implementation of the current criminal procedure legislation, in particular the special regime of criminal proceedings under martial law, the implementation of the Comprehensive Strategic Plan for Reforming Law Enforcement Agencies as Part of the Security and Defence Sector of Ukraine for 2023–2027, which formulates conclusions, proposals and recommendations that are significant for science, legislation and law enforcement, allowing for the resolution of a number of praxeological tasks related to the exercise by the parties to criminal proceedings of their powers at the pre-trial investigation stage.
