Abstract
Дисертація є комплексним науковим дослідженням особливостей особистісних трансформацій особистості поліцейських Національної поліції України в період воєнного стану.
У рамках зарубіжних досліджень структура особистості, яка привернула найбільше уваги протягом останніх кількох десятиліть, – це структура «великої п’ятірки». Вказана модель набула в зарубіжних дослідженнях статусу зразка та іноді тлумачиться як універсальний теоретико-емпіричний підхід в психологічних розвідках. У вітчизняній психології категорія «особистість» має значно глибший сенс та означує соціальне «обличчя» людини, що формується в процесі її соціалізації. Залежно від дослідницьких завдань в предметному полі вітчизняної юридичної психології виокремлюють основні сфери особистості, профіль професійно значущих якостей правоохоронців, сутність суб’єкта правоохоронної діяльності в акмеологічному вимірі, особистісну ресурсність поліцейського, типи і види розвитку особистості майбутніх правоохоронців України тощо.
The dissertation is complex scientific research of the particularities of personality transformation of police officers of the National Police of Ukraine during the period of martial law.
Retrospectively, over the past few decades the foreign research domain was mostly interested in the structure of the “big five” as the personality structure. This model has gained the status of a “sample model” in foreign research and is sometimes viewed as a universal theoretical and empirical approach in psychological research. In Ukrainian psychological thought, the category of “personality” carries a markedly deeper connotation, signifying the individual’s social “face” as it emerges through the ongoing process of socialization. Depending on the research tasks in the field of domestic legal psychology, one can distinguish the main areas of personality, the profile of professionally significant qualities of law enforcement officers, the essence (in the acmeological dimension) of the subject conducting law enforcement activity, the personal resourcefulness of a police officer, types and kinds of personality development of future law enforcement officers of Ukraine, etc.
