Abstract
У статті проведено аналіз договірної форми реалізації майнових прав інтелектуальної власності у сфері медицини за договором комерційної концесії. Проаналізовано зміст майнових прав інтелектуальної власності за договором комерційної концесії в медицині. This article describes in brief peculiarities of commercial concession (franchise) agreements of intellectual property rights in the sphere of medicine in Ukraine. Analyzed the main obligations of the franchisor and the main undertakings of the franchisee.
