Abstract
Досліджено питання процесуальних аспектів розгляду та вирішення справ окремого провадження. Визначено порядок дій, що здійснюються судом та іншими учасниками справи, а також правові засади та головні принципи такої діяльності. Встановлено причини здійснення цього виду провадження та головні функції суду у ньому. This article researches the issue of procedural aspects of the examination and resolution of cases of special proceedings. The order of actions taken by the court and other participants in the case, as well as the legal framework and the main principles of such activities are determined. The article defines reasons for the implementation of this type of proceedings and the main functions of the court in it.
