| dc.description.abstract | Формування управлінського осередку в структурі Національної поліції України було і є нагальним викликом та одним із важливих напрямів реформування правоохоронних органів. Складність проблеми значно посилилася у зв’язку зі збройною агресією рф проти нашої держави й відповідною динамічністю персоналу й керівного складу Національної поліції України в контексті забезпечення державної безпеки та публічного порядку. Саме цим зумовлено актуальність проведення ретельної дослідницької й практично орієнтованої роботи в напрямі визначення чинників формування сучасного поліцейського управлінця, вивчення дієвого закордонного досвіду. The formation of a management unit within the structure of the National Police of Ukraine was and remains an urgent challenge and one of the important directions of law enforcement reform. The urgency of the problem has significantly increased in connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against our state and the corresponding dynamism of the personnel and management of the NPU in the context of ensuring state security and public order. This is precisely why it is so important to conduct thorough research and practically oriented work to determine the factors of formation of a modern police manager, taking into account effective foreign experience. | |
