Abstract
У статті проведено історичний аналіз процесуальної форми і змісту протоколу судового засідання. Визначено, що протокол судового засідання як процесуальний акт-документ пройшов певний історичний розвиток і у наш час перетворився на більш прогресивну форму оформлення з використанням технічних засобів інформації. Фіксація технічними засобами та точний запис судових процесів необхідні для справедливого здійснення правосуддя, захисту прав та законних інтересів громадян та організацій. The article contains a historical analysis of the procedural form and content of the protocol of the court session. It is indicated that the record of the court session as a procedural act-document has passed a certain historical development and has now been transformed into a more progressive form of registration using technical methods of information. Fixation by technical means and accurate recording of trial proceedings are necessary for the fair administration of justice, the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations.
