| dc.description.abstract | У статті розкрито сутність правового регулювання матеріальної відповідаль- ності працівника. Зазначено, що юридичною формою її закріплення та методом її правового регулювання в найбільш широкому розумінні виступає саме закон. Проте важливу роль в регламентації матеріальної відповідальності сторін трудового договору відіграють локальні нормативні акти. Матеріальна відповідальність працівника регламентована нормами різної юридичної сили. The article reveals the essence of the legal regulation of the employee’s financial responsibility. It is noted that the law itself is the legal form of its consolidation and the method of its legal regulation in the broadest sense. However, local regulations play an important role in regulating the material liability of parties to an employment contract. The material responsibility of the employee is regulated by norms of different legal force. | |
