У статті розглядаються підходи до вивчення реалізації принципів справедливості та відповідальності в національному й міжнародному праві. Обґрунтовується теза про те, що становлення сучасної держави, розвиток її правових інститутів, створення демократичного права нерозривно пов’язані з втіленням
принципів і застосуванням категорій справедливості й відповідальності. This paper studies to the study of the principles of justice and accountability in national and international law. The thesis that the emergence of the modern state, the development of its legal institutions, the establishment of democratic rights is inextricably linked to the embodiment of the principles and application of categories of fairness and responsibility.
