Abstract
У статті досліджено питання сутності конституційно-правового статусу глави держави в двох провідних країнах світу з різною формою правління: США (президентська республіка) та Німеччині (парламентська республіка). Проведено порівняльний аналіз конституційно-правового статусу глави держави. Зазначено, що конституційний досвід США є унікальним. The article examines the issue of the essence of the constitutional and legal status of the head of state in two leading countries of the world with different forms of government: the USA (presidential republic) and Germany (parliamentary republic). A comparative analysis of the constitutional and legal status of the head of state was carried out. It is noted that the constitutional experience of the USA is unique.
