Abstract
У статті досліджено сферу косметологічних послуг у розрізі незаконної лікувальної діяльності. За останні роки зазначена сфера почала стрімко розвиватися та й надалі набирає все більшого попиту. Зокрема, ми хочемо зазначити, що почали з’являтися судові спори, які виникли у результаті надання (використання) косметологічних медичних послуг та які були проаналізовані безпосередньо під час вивчення цієї проблематики. The tendencies of the objectification of the composer's personality in musical art are considered, reflecting the characteristic features of the organization of individual creative subjectivity, the personal world of the artist in the creation of individual artistic styles.
It is noted that musical art is a dynamic process of combining the objective and subjective, the result of which combines the objective side, which comes from reality, and the subjective side, which comes from the composer, includes his expression, subject objective, perceptions, reactions, evaluations. In this regard, it is legitimate to consider that musical creativity acts as a specific way of self-realization of a gifted personality through the objectification of the composer's inner essence, his uniqueness and originality.
