dc.description.abstractДосліджено загальну характеристику привласнення, розтрати майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем, способи їх учинення в умовах воєнного стану, суб’єкт і суб’єктивну сторону як елементи, що обумовлюють механізм слідоутворення, з відображенням особливостей збирання доказової інформації слідчим і залученим ним спеціалістом. Досліджено участь спеціаліста у проведенні слідчого огляду, отриманні зразків для експертизи, допиті, а також в інших слідчих (розшукових) діях у кримінальних провадженнях про привласнення, розтрату майна або заволодіння ним шляхом зловживання службовим становищем; призначення судових експертиз. Для працівників слідчих підрозділів і експертних установ, детективів органів Бюро економічної безпеки України, наукових і науково-педагогічних працівників юридичних закладів вищої освіти, здобувачів вищої освіти.The general characteristics of embezzlement, embezzlement of property or its seizure by abuse of official position, the methods of their commission under martial law, the subject and the subjective side as elements determining the mechanism of trace formation, with a reflection of the features of collecting evidentiary information by the investigator and the specialist involved by him are studied. The participation of the specialist in conducting an investigative inspection, obtaining samples for examination, interrogation, as well as in other investigative (search) actions in criminal proceedings on embezzlement, embezzlement of property or its seizure by abuse of official position; the appointment of judicial examinations is studied. For employees of investigative units and expert institutions, detectives of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine, scientific and scientific-pedagogical employees of legal institutions of higher education, higher education applicants.
