Abstract
Актуальність дослідження зумовлена наявністю проблем у діяльності благодійних організацій в Україні. Метою дослідження є здійснення всебічного аналізу правової регламентації благодійної діяльності в Україні та США з метою використання позитивного досвіду для української держави. Проаналізовано проблемні питання діяльності благодійних організацій в Україні та США, виявлено недоліки й позитивні практики. The relevance of the study is determined by the existence of problems in the activities of charitable organisations in Ukraine. The aim of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal regulation of charitable activities in Ukraine and the United States with a view to using positive experience for the Ukrainian state. Problematic issues in the activities of charitable organisations in Ukraine and the United States are analysed, and shortcomings and positive practices are identified.
