Abstract
Стаття присвячена питанню визначення підстав, змісту і меж компетенції судів системи судоустрою щодо контролю за конституційністю нормативних актів, визначення її співвідношення з повноваженнями Конституційного Суду України за чинної моделі конституційного контролю в Україні. The Article discusses the legal grounds, substance and limits of general courts’ competence to review constitutionality of legal acts. It analyses its relationship with the authority of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine under the current model of constitutional review.
