Abstract
У статті розглянутий інститут громадських слухань як форма безпосередньої участі населення у вирішенні питань місцевого значення. Проаналізовано законодавче і локальне його регулювання, наведені законопроекти, спрямовані на удосконалення правової основи цього інституту. The article considers the institute of public hearings as a form of direct participation of the population in the solution of issues of local significance. Its legislative and local regulation, and the draft bills aimed at improving the legal basis of this institute are analyzed.
