dc.description.abstractУ межах статті досліджені особливості адміністративно-правового механізму забезпечення права на мирні зібрання в Україні, зокрема завдяки визначенню механізму адміністративно-правового забезпечення прав і свобод людини як самостійної наукової категорії. Проаналізована діяльність органів публічного адміністрування з провадження прав і свобод людини, окреслені нагальні проблеми такої діяльності та сформовані рекомендації щодо її покращання. The article delineates the mechanism of administrative and legal provision of human rights and freedoms as an independent scientific category. This position affords a clear vision concerning all activities of public administration bodies aimed at implementing human rights and freedoms. The author highlights the inadequacy of merely proclaiming humanistic principles pertaining to the observance of human rights and freedoms at all levels of administration. Instead, there is a pressing need for the mandatory practical implementation of these rights and freedoms, which necessitates the establishment of coordinated mechanisms. Without clear and coordinated mechanisms for ensuring the rights and freedoms of individuals, the observance of these rights and freedoms remains merely declarative on paper.
