Abstract
У статті висвітлюється розвиток стандартів Community Policing в Україні в умовах воєнного стану. Зокрема зазначено, що пріоритети органів місцевого самоврядування сьогодні значно змінились, тому ініціативи «Community policing» більше тяжіють до забезпечення цивільної безпеки мешканців громад та захисту і підтримки вразливих груп населення. Зроблено висновок, що виклики воєнного стану актуалізували розвиток описаних практик партнерської співпраці поліції та громади, що дозволить посилити безпеку громад. Paper considers Community Policing initiatives, which in the context of war and martial state are more focused on the support of civilian security of community and protection of vulnerable groups. The full-size invasion of Ukraine by Russia has significantly actualized the development
of practices of partnership cooperation between the police and the community («Community
Policing»). The implementation of various community policing tools in communities continued, and
the challenges of martial law gave rise to the search and improvement of other solutions. At
present, the problems and successes of the actual implementation of the community policing
approach remain outside the scope of widespread attention. The urgency of this issue is greatly
exacerbated by the process of drafting the national concept of «Safe Community», which,
accordingly, requires public feedback. However, the developments in the field of Community
Policing will be useful not only during the war period, but also in the process of post-war
community recovery.
