Abstract
У дисертації здійснено комплексне дослідження теоретичних засад і
практичних проблем щодо реалізації прав підозрюваного, обвинуваченого в
спеціальному кримінальному провадженні (in absentia), яке включає в себе
спеціальне досудове розслідування та спеціальне судове провадження. In the dissertation, a comprehensive study of theoretical foundations and
practical problems regarding realization of the rights of a suspect accused in a
special criminal proceeding (in absentia) was carried out, which includes a special
pre-trial investigation and a special court proceeding.
