dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджуються питання розуміння доброчесності як одного з інструментів запобігання корупції в Україні. Вказується, що упродовж тривалого періоду в нашій державі гостро стоїть питання запобігання корупції. Наголошено, що корупція, на жаль, сьогодні має глобальний характер і набула рис явища, що системно впливає на зниження ефективності діяльності органів влади, суспільства та на будь-якого пересічного громадянина. Зроблено висновок, що перемогти корупцію ще не вдалося жодній державі, якою б демократичною та розвинутою вона б не була, а відтак, пошук шляхів подолання цього явища продовжується. The article explores the issues of understanding integrity as one of the tools to prevent corruption in Ukraine. It is indicated that for a long period of time in our country the issue of preventing corruption is acute. This phenomenon has covered its negative impact on almost all spheres of society. According to the author, corruption has become not only a characteristic of one state, but unfortunately, it has become a global phenomenon, which systematically reduces the efficiency of the authorities, society and every citizen. It is a complex issue to address, as no state, regardless of its level of development or democratic values, has been able to fully eradicate corruption. Therefore, the search for ways to overcome this phenomenon continues, and therefore the scientific interest in preventing corruption remains invariably relevant.
