dc.description.abstractДисертація є першим в Україні монографічним дослідження, присвяченим питанням саме порівняльно-правового аналізу системи кримінально-правових санкцій, уніфікації, внутрішньої узгодженості і оптимальної конструкції санкцій, передбачених кримінальним законодавством, у якому виявлено особливості побудови системи кримінально-правових санкцій у національному та міжнародному законодавстві, проаналізована практика застосування судами санкцій за кримінальні правопорушення різного ступеня тяжкості, на підставі чого сформульовано низку пропозицій щодо удосконалення законодавчо закріпленої у ст. 51 Кримінального кодексу України системи покарань. The thesis is the first monographic study in Ukraine devoted to the issues of comparative and legal analysis of the system of criminal sanctions, unification, internal consistency and optimal construction of sanctions provided for by the criminal legislation, which reveals the peculiarities of the construction of the system of criminal sanctions in national and international legislation, analyzes the practice of applying sanctions by courts for criminal offenses of various degrees of severity, on the basis of which a number of proposals for improving the legislatively enshrined in Art. 51 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine of the system of punishments.
