Abstract
Метою статті є аналіз доктринальних поглядів щодо історичного тлумачення норм права. Показано необхідність у дотриманні історичного підходу до тлумачення норм права. Обґрунтовано застосування історичного способу тлумачення норм права у зв’язку з цифровізованим доступом до історичних джерел права, зокрема до каталогу та змісту правових принципів, які були розроблені в різних періодах і продовжують залишатися фундаментом правових систем сучасності. The purpose of the article is the analysis of doctrinal views regarding the historical interpretation of legal norms. The necessity of following a historical approach to the interpretation of legal norms is shown. The application of the historical method of interpreting legal norms in connection with digitized access to historical sources of law, in particular to the catalog and content of legal principles, which were developed in different periods and continue to be the foundation of modern legal systems, is substantiated.
