Abstract
У статті досліджено сутність контролю земельних ресурсів відповідно до чинного законодавства. На підставі аналізу законодавчих документів в галузі земельного права, виокремлено види контролю земельних ресурсів а також його суб’єкти. Визначено, що основними видами контролю за використанням та охороною земель є наступні: державний, самоврядний (місцевий), громадський, контроль власника. Розглянуто права на землю відповідно до Земельного кодексу України. In Ukraine, the problem of supervisory activity in the field of land relations is particularly acute as the number of violations of land legislation is constantly increasing, especially as regards the rational use of nature and the preservation of quality indicators of land resources, which is primarily due to the imperfection of the normative and methodological base of system of external control and supervision authorities activity and due to inappropriate work of internal control authorities at enterprises.
