dc.description.abstractМетою статті є з’ясування сутності мислення через аналіз природи взаємодії мислення та логіки. У статті досліджено питання застосування логіки у професійній діяльності правоохоронців. Професійне мислення формується на основі практичних та теоретичних розумових дій з притаманними йому індивідуально-психологічними властивостями, які в професійній діяльності забезпечують ефективність виконання тих чи інших задач. The aim of the article is to approach the understanding of the essence of thinking by revealing the nature of the interaction between thinking and logic.The article examines the issue of applying logic in the work of law enforcement officers. Professional thinking is formed on the bases of practical and theoretical mental acts, and is qualified by specific individual psychological properties, which serve to the effective solving of professional tasks. It is argued that formal logic occupies a prominent place in the activities of police officers, as it significantly affects the quality of solving vital problems that arise in society.
