Abstract
У статті досліджуються актуальні проблеми сучасного законодавства щодо реалізації та захисту прав дитини, їх законодавчого закріплення. Метою статті є комплексний аналіз окремих норм основних галузей вітчизняного права, що визначають зміст, засади й умови реалізації прав дитини. The article examines the current problems of modern legislation on the implementation and protection of the rights of the child, their legislative consolidation. The pur- pose of the article is a comprehensive analysis of certain norms of the main branches of domestic law, which determine the content, principles and conditions for the realization of the rights of the child.
