Abstract
У статті висвітлено питання конституційно-правового регулювання сфери освіти в зарубіжних країнах. Детально аналізуються норми, які регламентують сферу освіти в Литві, Швейцарії, Німеччині, Сполучених Штатах Америки, Великобританії та інших країнах. Критично висвітлено особливості положення статті 53 Конституції України. Визначено, що Конституція країни є наріжним каменем її правової системи, тому дуже важливо, щоб вона містила вказівки щодо основоположного права на освіту. У країнах з розвиненою економікою конституція часто доповнюється законами, які більш детально визначають права та обов'язки урядів, навчальних закладів та студентів. The article highlights the issues of constitutional and legal regulation of education in foreign countries. The author analyzes in detail the norms regulating the sphere of education in Lithuania, Switzerland, Germany, the United States of America, Great Britain and other countries. The peculiarities of the provisions of Article 53 of the Constitution of Ukraine are critically highlighted. It is determined that the Constitution of a country is the cornerstone of its legal system, and therefore it is very important that it contains guidance on the fundamental right to education. In developed economies, the constitution is often supplemented by laws that define in more detail the rights and responsibilities of governments, educational institutions, and students.
