dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто питання реалізації організаційних і процесуальних повноважень керівника органу дізнання. Проаналізовано наявні теоретико-правові та науково-прикладні підходи до висвітлення проблемних аспектів, які формуються у керівника органу дізнання при реалізації його повноважень, зокрема щодо організації досудового розслідування кримінальних проступків. Сформовано та викладено пропозиції щодо удосконалення нормативних положень, якими визначено поняття керівника органу дізнання, а також врегульовано організаційні та процесуальні повноваження. The article discusses the implementation of the organizational and procedural powers of the head of the inquiry body. To regulate the legal status of the head of the inquiry body, it is proposed to amend Clause 7-1, Part 1, Article 3 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The proposed changes aim to define the “head of the investigation body” as the head of the investigation division of the National Police. The body responsible for monitoring compliance with tax legislation includes the division of the State Bureau of Investigation, the division of the National Anti- Corruption Bureau, and their deputies acting within the scope of their powers. In the absence of an inquiry unit, the head of the pre-trial investigation body assumes this responsibility.
