dc.description.abstractДисертація є першим на монографічному рівні комплексним дослідженням кримінально-процесуальних повноважень керівника підрозділу детективів Національного антикорупційного бюро України, у якому теоретично узагальнено сучасні наукові підходи до визначення його процесуального статусу, висвітлено зміст і межі реалізації відповідних повноважень, а також сформульовано пропозиції з удосконалення кримінального процесуального та спеціального законодавства, відомчого регулювання діяльності Національного антикорупційного бюро України і практики організації досудового розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, віднесених до підслідності Національного бюро. The dissertation is the first comprehensive monographic study of the criminal procedural powers of the head of a detective unit of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. It theoretically generalizes modern scientific approaches to defining his procedural status, reveals the content and limits of the exercise of the relevant powers, and formulates proposals for improving criminal procedural and special legislation, departmental regulation of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine activities, and the practice of organizing pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses falling within the jurisdiction of the National Bureau.
