Abstract
У методичних рекомендаціях розглянуто теоретичні засади, генезис, поняття та значення юридичної клініки у правовому вихованні населення; висвітлені питання реалізації права громадян на безоплатну правову допомогу, забезпечення прав і свобод людини, створення умов для їх практичної реалізації; визначено мету, основні завдання, функції та принципи діяльності юридичних клінік, напрями та форми діяльності юридичної клініки. Визначено роль та потребу суспільства і значення правопросвітньої та профорієнтаційної діяльності юридичних клінік. Проаналізовано правове регулювання діяльності юридичної клініки НАВС, а також міжнародний досвід діяльності юридичних клінік. The methodological recommendations consider the theoretical foundations, genesis, concept and significance of the legal clinic in the legal education of the population; highlight the issues of implementing the right of citizens to free legal assistance, ensuring human rights and freedoms, creating conditions for their practical implementation; determine the purpose, main tasks, functions and principles of legal clinics, directions and forms of legal clinic activity. Determine the role and need of society and the significance of legal educational and career guidance activities of legal clinics. Analyze the legal regulation of the activities of the NAVS legal clinic, as well as the international experience of legal clinics.
