| dc.description.abstract | Стаття присвячена аналізу теоретичних підходів і кримінального процесуального законодавства щодо врегулювання проведення одночасного допиту. Доведено, що одночасний допит, як і будь-яка інші слідча (розшукова) дія, покликаний вирішувати загальні завдання доказування, виконуючи водночас і спеціальні завдання за особливої організації й тактики. Виділено особливості одночасного допиту, його безпосередні завдання. Досліджено підстави та процесуальний порядок проведення одночасного допиту відповідно до чинного кримінального процесуального закону, унесено пропозиції щодо його вдосконалення. The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical approaches and the criminal procedural legislation on settlement of carrying out simultaneous interrogation. It is established that simultaneous interrogation, as well as any other investigative (search) action, is urged to solve the general problems of proof, carrying out at the same time, and special tasks in the conditions of the special organization and tactics. Features of simultaneous interrogation, its direct tasks are marked out. The bases and a procedural order of carrying out simultaneous interrogation according to the existing criminal procedural legislation are investigated, offers on its improvement are made. | |
