Abstract
Стаття присвячена еволюції політико-правових уявлень про права людини в Україні. Проаналізовано історичні умови, що вплинули на особливість розвитку прав і свобод та їхнє конституційне визнання. Доводиться існування глибокого коріння ідеї прав людини у вітчизняній політико-правовій думці. The article is devoted to the evolution of political and legal ideas about human rights in Ukraine. Analyzes the historical conditions that influenced the feature of rights and freedoms and their constitutional recognition. The existence of the deep roots of the idea of human rights in the national political and legal thought.
