Abstract
У дисертації здійснено одне з перших в Україні комплексних монографічних досліджень, у якому на основі аналізу практики країн Європейського Союзу сформульовано кримінологічні засади запобігання кримінальним правопорушенням у сфері економіки, розкрито зміст європейських стандартів у цій сфері та обґрунтовано напрями їх імплементації до системи кримінологічного забезпечення економічної безпеки України з урахуванням умов воєнного стану, трансформації сучасних криміногенних загроз і необхідності посилення захисту фінансових інтересів держави. The dissertation is one of the first comprehensive monographic studies in Ukraine, which, based on an analysis of the practice of the European Union countries, formulates criminological principles for preventing criminal offenses in the economic sphere, reveals the content of European standards in this area, and substantiates the directions of their implementation in the system of criminological support for the economic security of Ukraine, taking into account the conditions of martial law, the transformation of modern criminogenic threats, and the need to strengthen the protection of the financial interests of the State.
