Abstract
Стаття присвячується гарантіям дотримання прав особи при проведенні освідування в контексті змін до кримінального процесуального законодавства України. У статті проаналізовані положення Конституції України та норми Кримінального процесуального кодексу України (далі – КПК України), які виступають гарантіями поваги до людської гідності прав і свобод кожної особи при проведенні слідчих (розшукових) дій. The article is devoted to the guarantees of compliance with the right of the individual during the investigation in the context of changes to the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine. The article analyzes the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and the norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine), which act as guarantees of respect for the human dignity of the rights and freedoms of every person during investigative (search) actions.
