dc.description.abstractУ контексті сучасних викликів, що постали перед оборонно-безпековим сектором України, актуалізується потреба комплексного аналізу детермінантів, що впливають на протиправну поведінку у військовому середовищі. Дослідження соціально-психологічних чинників, що спричиняють девіантну поведінку військовослужбовців, створює підґрунтя для вдосконалення підходів до профілактики таких правопорушень і сприяє забезпеченню високого рівня дисципліни й дотримання законності у військових формуваннях. In the context of modern challenges facing the defense and security sector of Ukraine, the need for a comprehensive analysis of the determinants affecting illegal behavior in the military environment is becoming urgent. The study of socio-psychological factors that contribute to the deviant behavior of military personnel creates a basis for improving approaches to the prevention of such offenses and contributes to ensuring a high level of discipline and compliance with the law in military formations.
