| dc.description.abstract | The article examines the current problems of leadership in public administration, analyzes the current state and trends in the development of its potential in the conditions of global transformations, war and post-war reconstruction. The main requirements for modern leaders are the ability to innovate, openness to cooperation and the desire to introduce positive changes in society. Legal and institutional reform, financing and resourcing, preventing corruption and ensuring transparency, as well as modernization and innovation are key aspects that will require attention in the post-war era. Overcoming these challenges requires political will, systemic reforms, and active cooperation between the government, the public, and international partners. | |
