Abstract
Дисертація присвячена дослідженню теоретико-правових, методологічних і практичних засад правової охорони та захисту персональних даних у сфері застосування технологій штучного інтелекту.
Доведено, що стрімке впровадження систем штучного інтелекту в публічне управління, економіку, сферу безпеки та цифрові сервіси супроводжується формуванням нових ризиків для прав і свобод людини, пов’язаних з автоматизованим прийняттям рішень, профілюванням, масовим збором інформації та створенням інференційних висновків. It is substantiated that the rapid implementation of artificial intelligence systems in public administration, the economy, the security sector, and digital services is accompanied by the emergence of new risks to human rights and freedoms associated with automated decision-making, profiling, mass data collection, and the creation of inferential conclusions. It is argued that traditional mechanisms of personal data regulation do not ensure an adequate level of protection under conditions of algorithmic technologies and therefore require systemic adaptation.
