    Стаття висвітлює сучасний стан реалізації в Україні нового механізму в сфері забезпечення громадян необхідними інноваційними лікарськими засобами, який було запроваджено у національне законодавство у березні 2020 року, зокрема в частині застосування договорів керованого доступу. У довоєнний час у період пандемії COVID-19, були переглянуті правові механізми доступу до лікарських засобів закріплених в національному законо- давстві та зроблені кроки на реалізацію положень національного законодавства щодо практичного застосування договорів керованого доступу, які направлені на реалізацію закупівель за державні кошти саме інноваційних лікарських засо- бів, в тому числі для лікування орфанних хвороб. requisite for concluding a managed entry agreement This article highlights the current state of implementation of a new mechanism providing population of Ukraine with the necessary innovative medicines introduced into the national legislation in March 2020, in particular in the part of the application of managed entry agreements. In the pre-war time, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the legal mechanisms of access to medicinal products enshrined in national legislation were revised and steps were taken to implement the provisions of national legislation regarding the practical application of managed entry agreements for the state funded procurement of innovative medicinal products, including those for the treatment of orphan diseases. At the same time, information was provided on the changes in the national legislation regarding the improvement of the mechanism in the field of providing population with the necessary innovative medicines, implemented during the martial law period.
