    У статті проведено аналіз наукових підходів до заходів нетарифного регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Встановлено авторський перелік заходів нетарифного регулювання під час переміщення ветеринарних препаратів через митний кордон України. Метою статті є з’ясування видів заходів нетарифного регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності під час переміщення ветеринарних препаратів через митний кордон України‚ що забезпечить належний рівень захисту здоров’я тварин та пов’язаного з цим здоров’я людей. The article analyzes the scientific approaches in relation to non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity. The author’s list of measures of non-tariff regulation when moving veterinary drugs across the customs border of Ukraine. The purpose of this article is to establish the types of measures for non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity during the movement of veterinary drugs across the customs border of Ukraine, which will provide an appropriate level of protection for animal health and related human health.
