    У дисертації наведено теоретичне узагальнення та нове вирішення наукового завдання, що полягає у розв’язанні комплексу теоретичних та практичних проблем психолого-правових засад запобігання домашньому насильству в Україні. Робота присвячена теоретичному та емпіричному дослідженню сутності домашнього насильства та психологічним детермінантам, з якими пов’язують його вчинення. У підсумку, сформульовано низку висновків, пропозицій та рекомендацій, спрямованих на вдосконалення заходів, шляхів та напрямів запобігання цьому явищу. The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific task, which consists in solving a complex of theoretical and practical problems of the psychological and legal principles of preventing domestic violence in Ukraine. The work is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of the nature of domestic violence and the psychological determinants associated with its perpetration. As a result, a number of conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving measures, ways and directions of prevention of this phenomenon were formulated.
