    Статтю присвячено дослідженню питань правового регулювання дисципліни праці в процесі розвитку законодавства про працю. Оновлення трудового законодавства без досвіду нормотворення не може бути ефективним. Реформування законодавства в цій сфері неможливе без такого складника, як організація й дисципліна праці. На підставі аналізу перших нормативних актів, спрямованих на організацію залучення робочої сили до промислових підприємств та обмеження хазяйської влади, зроблено висновок, що правове регулювання дисципліни праці зароджувалося в середовищі поліцейського (адміністративного) права, поступово створюючи власний трудоправовий механізм забезпечення порядку у сфері праці. The article is sanctified to research of questions of the legal adjusting of discipline of labour in the process of development of legislation about labour. In the process of updating of labour legislation experience of rule-making must be taken into account by a legislator. Reformation of legislation in the field of it is impossible without such constituent, as organization and discipline of labour. On the basis of analysis of the first normative acts sent to organization of bringing in of labour force to the industrial enterprises and limitation of proprietary power drawn conclusion, that the legal adjusting of discipline of labour was conceived in the environment of policeman (administrative) of right, gradually creating the own трудоправовий mechanism of providing of order in the field of labour.
