    На основі вивчення судової практики систематизовано злочини у сфері будівництва. Розроблено їх криміналістичну класифікацію, що охоплює родовий об’єкт посягань, найбільш поширені злочинні схеми й технології, а також етапи будівництва. На основе изучения судебной практики проведена систематизация преступлений в сфере строительства. Разработана их криминалистическая классификация, охватывающая родовой объект посягательств, наиболее распространенные преступные схемы и технологии, а также этапы строительства. This article provides criminalistic classification of crimes in the housing construction sphere on the basis of examined court practice which includes generic, popular criminal schemes and technologies and construction stages. It is established that construction business ix extremely attractive for criminals involved in financial contrivance and corrupted officials. Types of crimes vary depending on the nature of illegal act and criminals responsible for its committal – that is why clear classification is required in order to design the key provisions of the investigative methodology. A few classification criteria may be applied.
