    У дисертації здійснено комплексне дослідження теоретичних і практичних засад досудового розслідування в умовах воєнного стану як особливого правового режиму, що істотно трансформує механізми кримінального процесу. Встановлено, що введення воєнного стану вплинуло на функціонування всієї системи кримінальної юстиції, спричинивши появу нових процесуальних форм, спрощених процедур та викликів щодо забезпечення прав людини, доступу до правосуддя, дотримання принципів змагальності й незалежності судового контролю. The dissertation presents a comprehensive study of the theoretical and practical foundations of pre-trial investigation under martial law as a special legal regime that significantly transforms the mechanisms of criminal procedure. It has been established that the introduction of martial law has affected the functioning of the entire criminal justice system, resulting in the emergence of new procedural forms, simplified procedures, and challenges related to the protection of human rights, access to justice, observance of the adversarial principle, and the independence of judicial control.
