This study aimed to conduct a comprehensive examination of the application of mediation in the civil process in both Ukraine and Germany. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена потребою підвищення ефективності вирішення спорів у цивільному судочинстві України та Федеративної Республіки Німеччини шляхом застосування альтернативних методів, зокрема медіації. Метою статті було всебічне дослідження застосування медіації в цивільному процесі України й Німеччини.
