    Проаналізовано шлях становлення професора В. П. Бахіна як знаного вченого криміналіста, одного з очільників кафедри криміналістики та судової медицини Національної академії внутрішніх справ. Окреслено коло наукових інтересів В. П. Бахіна, його внесок у подальший розвиток криміналістики, запропоновані ним перспективні напрями наукових досліджень та їх подальший розвиток у дисертаційних дослідженнях його учнів. Визначено роль і внесок професора В. П. Бахіна як одного з керівників кафедри криміналістики у розвиток наукових досліджень і здобутків кафедри. Зазначено, що В. П. Бахін забезпечував наукове консультування підготовкою 11 докторських і 40 кандидатських дисертацій з криміналістики, він єдиний серед фахівців спеціальності 12.00.09, який має такі високі результати. Розглянуто внесок учнів В. П. Бахіна у розвиток започаткованих ним напрямів криміналістичних досліджень кафедри криміналістики та судової медицини НАВС. Проаналізовано об‟єкт і предмет, наукову новизну та практичну значущість дисертаційних досліджень на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора юридичних наук, виконаних за наукового консультування В. П. Бахіна. Виокремлено внесок учнів професора В. П. Бахіна в розроблення напрямів наукових досліджень з удосконалення слідчої діяльності та криміналістичних методик розслідування злочинів на підставі вивчення слідчої практики. The path of formation of Professor V. P. Bakhin as a well-known criminalist, one of the heads of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Medicine of the National Academy of Internal Affairs (hereinafter – NAIA). The range of scientific interests of Professor V. P. Bakhin is given, his contribution to the further development of criminology, promising areas of scientific research proposed by him and their further development in the dissertation research of his students. The role and contribution of Professor V. P. Bakhin, as one of the heads of the Department of Criminology, to the development of scientific research and achievements of the department is considered. It is noted that V. P. Bakhin provided scientific consulting by preparing eleven doctoral and 40 candidate theses in criminology, he is the only one among specialists in the specialty 12.00.09. who has such high results. The contribution of V. P. Bakhin‟s students to the continuation of the development of the areas of forensic research initiated by him at the Department of Criminology and Forensic Medicine of the NAIA is considered. The object and subject, scientific novelty and practical significance of dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Law, carried out under the scientific advice of V. P. Bakhin, are presented and analyzed. The contribution of the students of Professor V. P. Bakhin to the areas of scientific research on improving investigative activities and forensic methods of investigating crimes based on the study of investigative practice is shown.

    Розглянуто роль відомого вітчизняного вченого-криміналіста доктора юридичних наук, професора В. П. Бахіна як наукового керівника у доборі та вихованні наукових кадрів з криміналістики за час роботи в Національній академії внутрішніх справ. У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз внеску професора В. П. Бахіна та представників його наукової школи в розвиток криміналістики, висвітлено теоретичну та практичну значущість виконаних під його керівництвом дисертаційних досліджень. Зазначено, що дисертації його учнів охоплювали ключові напрями криміналістики, їх тематика лишається актуальною і в умовах повномасштабної агресії проти України. Розглянуто актуальність, об’єкт і предмет, наукову новизну та практичну значущість дисертаційних досліджень на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата юридичних наук, виконаних за наукового керівництва В. П. Бахіна. Визначено наукову новизну та практичну значущість кожного з розглянутих дисертаційних досліджень наукової школи професора В. П. Бахіна, що й досі зберігають актуальність і формують основу сучасної криміналістичної методології. Засвідчено наукову прогностичність В. П. Бахіна щодо визначення найактуальніших проблем криміналістики під час вибору тем наукових досліджень, його роль у підготовці та атестації наукових і науково-педагогічних кадрів з криміналістики. The role of the renowned Ukrainian criminalist, Doctor of Law, Professor V. P. Bakhin, as a scientific supervisor in the selection and training of scientific personnel in criminology during his work at the National Academy of Internal Affairs is considered. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the contribution of Professor V. P. Bakhin and representatives of his scientific school to the development of criminology, highlighting the theoretical and practical significance of the dissertation research carried out under his supervision. It is noted that the dissertations of his students covered key areas of criminology, and their topics remain relevant even in the context of full-scale aggression against Ukraine. The relevance, object and subject, scientific novelty and practical significance of the dissertation research for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences, carried out under the scientific guidance of V. P. Bakhin, are considered. The scientific novelty and practical significance of each of the considered dissertation studies of the scientific school of Professor V. P. Bakhin, which remain relevant and form the basis of modern criminalistics methodology, are determined. The scientific foresight of V. P. Bakhin in identifying the most pressing problems of criminalistics when selecting topics for scientific research, his role in the training and certification of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in criminalistics.
