    Стаття присвячена характеристиці напрямів адміністративно-правового регулювання реалізації кадрової політики в органах публічної влади України. Розкрито зміст поняття «адміністративно-правове забезпечення». Розкрито коло суб’єктів адміністративно-правового регулювання реалізації кадрової політики в органах публічної влади України з урахуванням специфіки діяльності, всієї внутрішньодержавної та зарубіжної широти публічного владного впливу, можливості залучення до таких процесів суб’єктів недержавного сектору. The article is devoted to the description of the directions of administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of personnel policy and public authorities of Ukraine. The content of the concept of “administrative and legal support” is disclosed. The circle of subjects of administrative and legal regulation of the implementation of personnel policy and public authorities of Ukraine is considered, taking into account the specifics of the activity, all domestic and foreign latitude of public power influence, the possibility of involving non-state actors in such processes.
