    Метою роботи є дослідження особливостей визначення поняття та змісту безпілотних літальних апаратів, стану та перспектив правової регламентації статусу і умов експлуатації таких транспортних засобів у вітчизняному та міжнародному праві, розробка пропозицій щодо визначення можливих суб’єктів відшкодування шкоди, завданої безпілотними літальними апаратами на базі штучного інтелекту, підстави виникнення деліктних зобов’язань і наслідків у вигляді деліктної відповідальності у транспортних пригодах за участю таких механізмів. The purpose of the article is to research the peculiarities of defining the concept and operating rules of unmanned aircraft, prospects of legal regulation of the status and conditions of operation of such vehicles under Ukrainian and international law, the development of proposals for determining possible subjects, basics for tort obligations and consequences in the form of tort liability in transport adventures with the participation of such mechanisms.
