    Стійкість організованих злочинних угруповань як міждисциплінарна категорія. The Stability of Organized Criminal Groups as an Interdisciplinary Category

    У статті визначено проблему щодо аналізу стійкості організованих злочинних угруповань як міждисциплінарної категорії. Окреслено основні положення програмних документів щодо стратегічних напрямів протидії організованій злочинності. Виокремлено правові й інституційні результати реалізації цих програмних документів на сучасному етапі. Акцентовано, що зміст відповідних програмних документів відображає важливість й актуальність наукового забезпечення прикладної реалізації правоохоронними органами їх функцій за зазначеним напрямом роботи. Зауважено, що стійкість організованих злочинних угруповань як категорія потребує аналізу крізь призму застосування міждисциплінарного підходу. The article identifies the problem of analysing the stability of organized crime groups as an interdisciplinary category. The main provisions of program documents on strategic directions for combating organized crime are outlined in the thesis. The legal and institutional results of the implementation of the specified program documents at the current stage are highlighted. It is emphasized that the content of the relevant program documents emphasizes the importance and relevance of the actual scientific support for the applied implementation of their functions by law enforcement agencies in this area of work. Attention is drawn to the stability of organized crime groups as a category that requires analysis through the prism of the application of an interdisciplinary approach.
